INCLUSION was founded with a shared vision by two passionate individuals, Ruben Astudillo and Andres Abreu, who saw the need to create a space that would empower and uplift marginalized communities, especially immigrants and underrepresented populations. Driven by their own experiences and deep commitment to social change, Ruben and Andres recognized that true transformation comes from education and within the community itself.

Their vision was clear: to build an organization rooted in cultural understanding, compassion, and inclusivity. They wanted to create a platform where individuals could gain the tools, skills necessary to thrive in their new environments. Through INCLUSION, they aim to bridge gaps, provide access to vital knowledge to thrive in the United States, and foster long-term stability for those facing systemic barriers.

With their combined expertise and unwavering dedication, Ruben and Andres laid the foundation for INCLUSION as a nonprofit that not only provides education but also creates lasting connections within communities. By focusing on empowerment through education, economic independence, and cultural preservation, they are making a difference.

Andrés Abreu

Andrés is a professional with extensive experience in international trade and economics, international business, and investment promotion. He also has over two decades of hands-on experience in investment advising. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a specialization in Integrated Communications from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Universidad Central de Venezuela. He currently works as a Senior Annotation Analyst in the Apple Intelligence division at Apple Inc., where he applies his analytical expertise to improve data processes, focusing on optimizing information management for both local and global markets.

In addition to championing trade and investment promotion throughout his career, Andrés served for 20 years as a career diplomat and in consular roles, where he supported countless individuals with care, empathy, and a strong problem-solving mindset. He consistently paired strategic thinking with a deep sense of service and commitment to others.

Rubén brings over twenty years of experience in financial coaching, community empowerment, and business structuring to the heart of the organization. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Metropolitana (Venezuela) and a degree in Economics from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Ruben combines academic rigor with real-world impact. As Director of Global Business Structuring LLC, he has dedicated himself to supporting small and foreign businesses in Florida by promoting strategic development rooted in professional excellence. His previous work with Self-Help Credit Union deepened his commitment to economic justice, where he focused on building wealth and ownership in communities historically excluded from financial opportunities.

Ruben’s journey began in Caracas, Venezuela, where he served as a financial advisor with Asesores de Servicios Integrales ASI, gaining firsthand experience with the systemic barriers faced by underrepresented populations. His passion for financial literacy, inclusive growth, and community-led progress drives his work at INCLUSION, where he continues to help individuals transform their lives through knowledge, resilience, and opportunity.

Claudia is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Antioquia (Colombia) with a specialization in Financial Management from CEIPA University Institution. She brings extensive experience as a coordinator of accounting departments, with expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial information, preparing reports on both general and specific financial instruments, and managing internal tax filings.

Claudia also has significant experience in the U.S. commercial banking sector, where she has been responsible for building and maintaining sustainable relationships within the community, especially with organizations and community leaders aligned with a mission of financial education and empowerment. As a volunteer with the IRS through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, she is committed to making a difference by helping individuals prepare their taxes for free, combining her technical skills with her dedication to community service.
